As we hand craft each item to order, it generally takes 2 business days to dispatch your order. We will let you know once your order has been sent via email. 

Shipping is free for all jewellery orders over $70, and a starting fee of $7 for all other orders. 

Each piece is carefully created with either 14k filled gold or sterling silver, we only use quality supplies to make sure our jewellery is made to last.

we are confident that our products will continue looking beautiful both in, and out of the water, so swimming and showering is no issue. Ensure that your pieces are stored carefully, to make sure they do not get tangled, pinched or knotted.

To give your jewellery back that new shine, gently rub your pieces with a jewellery cleaning cloth, avoiding the freshwater pearls. This helps bring back that brand new shine that we know, and love!
